The people tired from being called unfit physically with extra fat come under this category. No one wants to be unfit. But to be fit, it requires extra efforts like exercise, morning jogging, less calorie intake etc. So, most of them make an ultimate resolution on New Year eve to achieve their fitness goal. And their confidence is visible in their eyes in the beginning. A very few of them succeed. How can anyone eat salad, corn flakes etc who loves to eat samosa, pizza, fried potato and much more calorie? It’s really tough dude. And it is also tough to wake up in the morning to run when the world is sleeping in their cozy bed. Why can’t they sleep instead of running like a dog? Well these thoughts are not mine. These are the excuses New Fitness Seekers make to break their ultimate resolution.

4. Over Sleeping people

The over sleeper is the one whose goal is to sleep a lot to achieve their dream, and of course in their dreams only. These people spend whole day by sticking to their bed like a bed bug. Of course they do realize their loss in that. That’s why sometimes they do some things other than sleeping like making a New year resolution: a fun fact by breaking it ultimately.

5. Engineering Students

The ultimate resolution makers are the Engineering students. Well I am not sure about the rest of the world, but in India it is certainly there. At every New Year eve they make a promise that they will study from the beginning of the semester. But, how this can be possible? After all they are engineering students and studying from start of the semester is a sin. So, they follow their pious ritual of studying a whole 2000 pages just a day before the exam. New Year Resolution: a fun fact is 100% applicable to them.

6. Internet Addicts

Usage of social sites or apps like facebook, instagram, snapchat and musicly are on its boom. We start and end our day with the mobile’s click. Well it is a technological era and it’s good to be in touch with it. But, some users have adopted this internet technology as an addict. 80% of their time got wasted on their phone while surfing internet, stalking others on social sites, and taking un-natural selfies. These people also try to reduce their time on phone by making promises, one of them is the New Year Resolution. But, the funny part is even the resolution is taken on a social site as a post or tweet. Uploading 100s of selfies on the social account and claiming that I am going to stop using internet more often. What a joke! This is ironically a New Year Resolution fun fact.

7. The Backlog holders

This category of people does not make their own decisions they just copy others. Even their New year resolution is also influenced by others. Here is the demo.Copy Cat: Okay! 10. Trying to instantly Disciplined

Some great people are also there on this planet who makes their day a night and vice versa. They stay awake like an owl in the night playing cards, games, watching videos. And when it’s time to go for work or study they just sleep like a panda. This routine goes on un-interrupted. Then comes a new year when these owls resolute to be disciplined and follow a regular human routine. But, this is just for one day. And the owl again becomes the owl.

11. Saving Huge Money

Someone spending money like water can’t just stop doing that in one day. Despite of this fact such people ironically make New Year Resolution for saving huge money and become a millionaire with that saving. And at the same time they are also spending 1000s of money over partying. Saving is possible but it should be in step by step.

Common Reasons of New Year Resolution to fail

1. Being Lazy: this is the number one reason for not following the resolution.

2. Unrealistic goals: People make such goals that can’t be achieved. For example: Salary is 10000 rupee and you resolute to save 5000 rupee. You have 4 members in your family and you are the sole earner. How is that possible?

3. Too many goals: Step by step change is much more effective. If you try to change a dozens of things together, none of them would change efficiently.

4. Not too motivated: Resolutions made just for formality can never succeed.

5. Copying others: New Year’s resolution is all about making promise to yourself. Then that promise must be only yours.

6. Track of your success: One of the major reasons of failure of New Year Resolution is people often forget their promises and do not keep track of their success.

7. Not liking the process: Promises are hard to keep, and goals are achieved via paths full of thorns. And often we don’t like those thorns. For example: to be fit we need to do dieting and exercise. But, who likes to eat salads and disturb their morning sleep.
